Role Overview

The company is looking for a Senior HR qualified to own core people functions for its digital entertainment business, from hiring and onboarding through compensation, performance and culture.

Key Responsibilities

>Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Run end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding for the digital entertainment business, including tech roles.

>Compensation: Lead compensation benchmarking and design compensation structures.

>Performance Management: Own the performance management process.

>Culture & Engagement: Drive culture building and employee engagement initiatives.
