Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Purchase role based in Devanahalli. The Purchase skilled is responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including raising and tracking purchase orders, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and components. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating quotations, negotiating terms, monitoring inventory levels, and aligning purchases with project and production requirements. The role also involves maintaining accurate purchase records, supporting cost optimization, and collaborating with finance, production, and store teams for smooth procurement operations.



The individual is expected to follow company policies, adhere to compliance standards, and contribute to continuous improvement in purchasing processes.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Purchasing Processes, Purchasing, and Purchase Management, with the ability to handle end-to-end procurement activities.
Experience creating, reviewing, and managing Purchase Orders and related documentation in an organized, accurate manner.
Well-developed Analytical Skills to compare suppliers, evaluate costs, assess risks, and support data-driven purchasing decisions.
Proficiency with ERP or procurement software, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools.
Valuable negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills to maintain reliable supplier relationships.
Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of basic finance concepts, inventory control, and quality standards; experience in aerospace or manufacturing is an advantage.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
