• Preparaon and review of financial statements in compliance with applicable accounng standards (Ind AS / IFRS / GAAP).
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing acvies.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Preparaon of MIS reports and variance analysis. Audit & Compliance:
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during statutory audits.
• Assist in tax audits, internal audits, and regulatory filings.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulaons, and company policies.
• Preparaon of audit schedules and supporng documentaon. Controls & Processes:
• Support implementaon and monitoring of internal financial controls.
• Idenfy process improvements and automaon opportunies.
• Ensure proper documentaon and audit trails. Stakeholder Management:
• Liaise with cross-funconal teams for financial data and reporng requirements.
• Support management in decision-making through financial insights.
