Experience: 20+ years
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm in Quality Assurance
Provide independent oversight of QA approvals, decisions and QMS operations to ensure regulatory compliance.
Conduct QA self-inspections and identify systemic improvement prospects.
Monitor QA KPIs, including RFT, cycle time, CAPA, deviations, OOS and change controls.
Review risk assessments and root cause analyses for scientific and regulatory adequacy.
Drive continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring GDP, ALCOA+ and CSV compliance.
Lead Management Review Meetings and align quality objectives with business goals.
Robust expertise in GLP, GMP, ISO/IEC 17025, NABL, USFDA and CDSCO regulations.
Demonstrated leadership, mentoring and stakeholder management skills.
