We are looking for an experienced Jewellery Trainer to train showroom staff on jewellery products, sales techniques, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Train staff on gold, silver, and diamond jewellery.
Explain jewellery purity, pricing, designs, and hallmarking.
Train employees in customer handling, upselling, and cross-selling.
Conduct induction and refresher training sessions.
Monitor staff performance and improve sales effectiveness.
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in jewellery retail.
Previous experience in training or showroom management preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Robust jewellery product knowledge.
