Lead Generation: Review the banks daily walk-ins and customer databases alongside bank staff to identify potential insurance prospects. Joint Sales Calls: Meet retail and high-net-worth bank clients jointly with bank officials to pitch and close life insurance policies. Staff Briefing: Conduct short morning huddles or training sessions for bank front-line staff on new insurance products, features, and contest updates. Relationship Building: Maintained close coordination with the Bank Branch Manager to ensure the branch remains highly active in insurance referrals. Persistency Follow-ups: Review upcoming policy renewals daily and contact existing clients to secure timely renewal premiums. Pipeline Management: Update the Lead Management System (LMS) daily to track prospective clients from initial contact to final sale. Operations Tracking: Coordinate with the operations team to resolve documentation issues (medical queries, forms) for quick policy issuance.



Preferred Candidate Profile
Industry

Experience:
2 to 5 years of stable experience specifically in Bancassurance sales or retail Life Insurance channels.
Education:
Graduate degree in any stream is mandatory (pass outs with regular degrees preferred).
Channel Familiarity: Proven track record of managing bank relationships, collaborating with bank staff, and driving cross-sell metrics.
Local Proficiency: Deep knowledge of the local market landscape and fluency in regional languages (Hindi/Punjabi) to effectively communicate with customers in Ambala, Kurukshetra, and Jalandhar.
Sales Capabilities: Solid financial need-analysis, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
Mindset: Highly target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure to meet tight monthly business targets.
Mobility: Must possess a personal two-wheeler and a valid driving license for daily branch visits and local travel.
