Role Overview





The company is looking for a Compliance Head to lead compliance for its digital content business. The role covers intellectual property, content regulation, data privacy, payments and app store policies.

Key Areas of Expertise

>IP & Copyright: Intellectual property and copyright matters.

>Content Regulation: Content regulations, including the IT Rules 2021 and self-regulatory frameworks.

>Data Privacy: Data privacy compliance under DPDP and GDPR.

>Payments: Payments-related compliance.

>App Store Policies: App store policy compliance.

Preferred: International exposure (US, SEA or multi-market).

Must-Haves

>Someone who has handled compliance for a content or digital media app.

>Someone who has managed IP and copyright matters for content.
