JOB DESCRIPTION
– ANAESTHETIST Hospital: Rane Hospital Pvt. Ltd., Chembur, Mumbai Department: Anaesthesia / Critical Care Duty Hours: 12-hour shift

Salary:
Negotiable / As per discussion 1. Eligibility
MBBS with MD/DNB/Diploma in Anaesthesiology and valid MMC registration.
Experience in anaesthesia, ICU management, and emergency care preferred. 2.

Key Responsibilities
Provide anaesthesia services for all surgeries conducted at the hospital, including cardiac and general surgical procedures, according to qualifications and competence.
Assess all recent admissions and patients presenting to casualty; initiate appropriate management and escalate critical cases to the concerned consultant.
Conduct regular rounds of ward and ICU patients, monitor clinical status, and coordinate treatment with consultants. 3. Supervision and Training
Supervise and guide RMOs in patient management, clinical documentation,



and emergency response.
Train junior doctors and nursing staff in emergency management, airway management, basic life support, and critical care practices.
Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, patient safety practices, and NABH standards. 4. Skills Required
Competence in anaesthesia, airway management, and ventilator management.
Ability to assess emergencies and manage critically ill patients.
Solid clinical judgment, communication, and team leadership skills. 5. Employment Terms
Duty: 12-hour shift, as per the hospital roster.

Reporting to: Medical Director / Medical Superintendent. Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month Work
