Job Summary

Field Service Technicians / Technical Support Executives for Solar Inverter Division. The candidate will be responsible for installation support, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of solar inverters at customer sites across various locations in India.

Key Responsibilities
Visit customer sites for inverter servicing and technical support.
Troubleshooting and repairing solar inverter issues.
Installation and commissioning support of solar inverters.
Handling customer complaints and providing technical resolutions.
Coordinating with internal technical and service teams.
Preparing service reports and maintaining service records.




Following safety procedures during site visits.

Qualification
ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics.

Experience
Freshers can apply.
Experience in solar industry or electrical equipment servicing will be an added advantage.
Experience in inverter servicing/support preferred.

Skills Required
Basic knowledge of electrical systems and solar inverters.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel for field work.
Ability to work independently on customer sites
