Job Description
We are seeking a customer-focused Property Consultant to assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential properties. The candidate should have positive communication and negotiation skills, knowledge of the local real estate market, and the ability to generate leads and close property deals.

Key Responsibilities
Identify prospective clients interested in residential properties.
Generate leads through calls, references, networking, and other channels.
Understand client requirements, budgets, and property preferences.
Explain property features, pricing, amenities, and payment plans.
Arrange site visits and property inspections.
Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain client relationships.




Negotiate pricing and facilitate property transactions.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and documentation teams.
Maintain lead records and provide regular sales updates.
Work towards achieving monthly sales targets. Qualifications & Requirements
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Experience in real estate sales or property consultancy is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the Nashik property market preferred.
Ability to generate leads and close sales.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits. Pay: ₹25,000.00
₹35,000.00 per month
