Job Description
E-commerce & Marketplace Reconciliation
Reconcile payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal) and bank deposits.
Audit Amazon/Flipkart settlements, commissions and deductions.
Manage COD collections and courier reconciliations.
Reconcile data across Shopify, ERP and bank transactions.
Returns, Refunds & Disputes
Verify refunds, processing fees and return records.
Handle chargeback disputes and minimize fraud losses.
Reconcile inventory adjustments and reverse logistics returns.
Cash Flow & Financial Control
Monitor DSO and collection dashboards.
Implement financial control SOPs for POS operations.




Manage corporate gifting and wholesale client accounts, wherever applicable.
Compliance, Taxation & Reporting
Ensure accurate revenue recognition across discounts, promotions and gift cards.
Ensure GST and multi-state tax compliance.
Support month-end closing and statutory/internal audits.
Team Leadership & Automation
Lead and mentor junior AR analysts and billing coordinators.
Automate manual data extraction and reconciliation processes.

Candidate Requirements

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
6–7+ years of AR/revenue tracking experience in E-commerce, D2C, Retail or FMCG.
1–2 years of team supervision experience.
