Role Description The Celebrity & Artist Relations Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Mumbai, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role involves identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with celebrities, artists, and high-profile creators, ensuring alignment with brand and campaign objectives. The manager will coordinate collaborations, negotiate deals, and oversee contractual agreements while serving as the primary point of contact for talent and their teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing campaigns, managing communication and expectations, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth delivery of content and appearances.



The role also involves collaborating with internal teams on strategy, timelines, and performance tracking, and maintaining a strong network in entertainment, digital, and influencer ecosystems. Qualifications
• Strong relationship management skills, with experience building and maintaining long-term partnerships with celebrities, artists, and creators.
• Proficiency in campaign coordination and project management, including scheduling, logistics, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Negotiation and contract management capabilities, with attention to detail in agreements, deliverables, and compliance.
• Understanding of influencer marketing, social media platforms, and talent management in the creator and entertainment industries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent Talevo professionally in external interactions.
• Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Existing network or demonstrated ability to build networks within Bollywood, music, digital creator, and entertainment circles is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field; prior experience in talent management, PR, or artist relations is a strong advantage.
