The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle Workforce Health and Safety Incidents, Oracle Learning Cloud, and Core HCM, with the ability to configure, optimize, and support safety management, employee training, certification, and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities
• Assess existing Oracle Fusion HCM configurations, processes, security, and reporting gaps.
• Configure Oracle Workforce Health and Safety for incident reporting, investigations, corrective actions, and workflow management.
• Configure Oracle Learning Cloud for training assignments, certifications, renewals, reminders, and compliance tracking.
• Implement role-based security for EHS managers, supervisors, investigators, and other stakeholders.
• Configure training rosters, compliance dashboards, and reporting by plant, department, shift, and employee.
• Support notifications, escalations, corrective-action tracking, and inspection-ready training records.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders on requirements, testing, deployment, and knowledge transfer.
• Prepare functional documentation and support UAT and production stabilization. Must-Have Technical & Functional Skills

• Oracle Workforce Health and Safety Incidents – Incident management, investigations, corrective actions, and security.
• Oracle Learning Cloud – Learning assignments, certifications, renewals, and compliance reporting.
• Oracle Core HCM – Worker, assignment, organization, location, and role structures.
• Oracle HCM Security – Role-based access control and data security.
• Oracle HCM Analytics & Reporting – Training compliance, incident reporting, dashboards, and Excel exports.
• Functional Implementation – Requirements gathering, configuration, testing, UAT, and documentation. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience implementing Oracle HCM solutions in manufacturing or plant-based environments.
• Knowledge of EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) business processes.
• Experience with safety compliance, training certification, and audit-readiness reporting.
• Solid communication skills and ability to collaborate with U.
S.-based stakeholders.
• Availability for dependable overlap with U.
S. Eastern Time.
