About the Role
We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer who can craft intuitive, scalable, and delightful user experiences for the Amorphic platform. In this role, you’ll blend enterprise-grade UX thinking with a strong desire to simplify complex data and AI workflows — transforming how users explore data, orchestrate pipelines, and gain insights from intelligent automation. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate advanced cloud and AI capabilities into experiences that feel simple, logical, and elegant. Shape the User Experience of Amorphic
• Design end-to-end user journeys that turn requirements into intuitive, meaningful experiences.
• Create clean, consistent,



and scalable interaction patterns that make complex workflows accessible to both technical and non-technical users. 2.
Build AI-Assisted Interaction Models
• Design intuitive interactions for features powered by AI.
• Ensure AI outputs are contextual, explainable, and enhance user confidence. 3.
Simplify Technical Depth into Clarity
• Translate data dependencies, transformations, and system complexity into clear visual representations.
• Streamline multi-step workflow orchestration with minimal friction for users. 4.
Research and User Empathy
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and contextual inquiries to uncover user goals and mental models.
• Convert research insights into actionable wireframes, journey maps, and UX principles. 5.
Strengthen the ASTRAL Design System
• Evolve and maintain the ASTRAL design system to ensure consistency, accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA), and visual clarity across modules.
• Work with engineering teams to implement reusable components, design tokens, and scalable visual patterns. 6.
Prototype and Iterate Rapidly
• Use Figma and other design tools to craft high-fidelity mockups, clickable prototypes, and interaction flows.
• Validate design concepts through rapid iteration, testing, and continuous feedback loops with stakeholders and end-users. Requirements




• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience designing interfaces, workflows, and interaction patterns for web applications.
• Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and user-centered design practices.
• Ability to turn requirements into polished, intuitive UX flows and UI screens.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions with clarity.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams.
• Experience simplifying multi-step or data-intensive processes into clear, digestible designs.
• Familiarity with designing user interactions for AI-assisted or predictive features.
• Experience running or supporting user interviews, usability tests, and contextual research.
• Ability to translate insights into actionable design improvements.
• Understanding of accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) and

how to apply
inclusive design principles.
• Proficient in Figma for wireframing, high-fidelity design, prototyping, and design specifications.
• Comfortable iterating quickly and incorporating multi-stakeholder feedback.
