Product Designer (UI/UX)
Location:
India (Remote), core hours 12:00–21:00 IST to overlap with our UK and China teams Department: Product Reports to: Product Owner (UK-based) About Elife At Elife, our mission is to empower enterprises with trusted global mobility and delivery, and our vision is to be the world’s most trusted B2B Super App Enabler. Fintech platforms, super apps, OTAs and airlines integrate with Elife once to offer mobility and delivery to their users worldwide, while keeping their own brand and customer relationship. Our partners’ growth is our growth. Elife is our enterprise B2B brand and hoppa is our main consumer brand: two brands running on one global mobility & delivery network, together trusted by over 40 million travellers in 182+ countries. hoppa unifies ground transportation into one powerful marketplace, giving travellers the freedom to book airport transfers, ride-hailing, shared shuttles, and private cars — all in one place. The Role The Product Designer (UI/UX) owns the design of hoppa’s and Elife’s digital products, from the hoppa booking funnel and mobile app through to Elife’s B2B website and partner-facing experiences, including white-label and SDK solutions. You’ll take work from problem definition to developer-ready design, working within and extending a shared design system so both brands can move fast without reinventing the wheel. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role for a designer who cares about conversion as much as craft. You’ll be a key stakeholder in any CRO and experimentation, designing test variants and turning results into better product decisions, with scope to grow into a Senior Designer role over time. We’re using AI to scale faster with a lean team, and expect this role to use AI throughout the design process to ship more, test more, and cover two brands without compromising on craft.

• Experience building or maintaining a design system
• Experience designing e-commerce, travel, marketplace or booking flows
• Solid understanding of iOS and Android design guidelines and WCAG accessibility standards
