Panigrahana Weddings is hiring a YouTube Video Producer & Videographer to work directly with founder Chaithanya Ganesh in Bengaluru. You’ll help launch his channel and own each episode from the first idea to the published edit. One week you might follow a design from a workshop drawing to a finished mandap. Another week you might film Chaithanya explaining a decision on a venue walk-through. Before a shoot, pitch the story, plan the questions and shots, coordinate dates and secure filming and publication permissions from the venue, clients and anyone featured. Keep a transparent record of what can be shown. On site, shoot interviews, behind-the-scenes footage and cutaways. Capture clean dialogue, work with changing light and follow the story without disrupting a client event. Back up and organise the footage. After the shoot, edit a full YouTube episode and cut it into Shorts. Handle sound,



colour, captions, thumbnails and titles. Take the cut through founder review, publish the approved version and use audience retention to improve the next episode. We’re looking for someone who can produce, shoot and edit independently and is comfortable working alongside a founder in the studio and on location. Your portfolio matters more than a particular software or camera.
