About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Executive – IT Infrastructure & Network Operations to oversee the IT operations center and ensure uninterrupted delivery of secure, reliable, and optimized network and system services. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in network design, Microsoft 365 administration, compliance, and infrastructure governance while leading cross-functional teams to deliver robust IT support and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct requirement studies and understand existing systems to identify network and infrastructure needs.
• Design and implement network architecture, including detailed network specifications, configuration, and testing.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Operations Center to ensure continuous and efficient IT service delivery.
• Provide support services to multiple teams across the IT organization, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
• Manage and maintain secure network operations, including configuration and administration of firewalls, routers, and switches.
• Lead and administer the Microsoft 365 ecosystem including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Defender for O365, Compliance Center, and Active Directory.
• Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies, ensuring data integrity and high availability.
• Enforce IT compliance,



security standards, and governance frameworks across all infrastructure operations.
• Manage vendor relationships, handle escalations, and ensure SLA adherence and service optimization.
• Drive infrastructure planning, optimization, and documentation for scalability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee IT Asset and Inventory Management, maintaining accurate tracking and lifecycle documentation.
• Conduct user training on recent systems, technologies, and IT processes to enhance organizational capability. Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive experience in IT Infrastructure, Network Operations, or System Administration roles.
• Strong knowledge of network design, implementation, and security protocols.
• Proven experience managing Microsoft 365 environments and enterprise-level cloud services.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, switches, routers, and network monitoring tools.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery systems and tools.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, compliance frameworks, and vendor management best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Preferred Certifications
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator / 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) / Professional (CCNP)
• ITIL Foundation Certification
• CompTIA Security+ or equivalent
