Role Description The Executive Team Lead Asset Protection is a full-time, hybrid role based in Mumbai, with flexibility for some work-from-home responsibilities. This role oversees asset protection strategies, coordinates security operations, and ensures that physical, digital, and reputational assets are safeguarded in line with company standards and client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and mentoring asset protection teams, reviewing and improving risk mitigation plans, monitoring incidents, and ensuring timely reporting and escalation. The Executive Team Lead will collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients, conduct site assessments, support secure transport and event security planning, and align operational practices with regulatory and contractual obligations.



The role also involves analyzing security data, recommending process enhancements, and supporting investigations related to asset loss, fraud, or cyber-related threats. Qualifications
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising security or asset protection teams.
• Proven expertise in risk assessment, risk mitigation, and incident management within security or risk management environments.
• Knowledge of physical security practices, close protection, event security planning, and secure transport operations.
• Understanding of cyber and IT risk, basic cyber hygiene principles, and coordination with investigations or digital security teams.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare transparent reports, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders and clients.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills, with a professional and discreet approach.
• Experience in corporate security, asset protection, law enforcement, military, or related fields is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in security management, risk management, criminology, business administration, or a related discipline preferred.
• Comfort working in a hybrid model in Mumbai, with flexibility for on-site deployments at client locations and major events.
• Relevant professional certifications in security or risk management (e.g., CPP, PSP, or equivalent) are an advantage.
