Role Description The Slitting Machine Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring slitting machines used in the production of adhesive tapes. Day-to-day tasks include setting up machines according to production specifications, loading and unloading materials, adjusting machine settings, and ensuring accurate slitting widths and roll lengths. The role involves conducting routine inspections, identifying and resolving minor mechanical issues, and maintaining clean, safe work areas in line with company safety standards. The operator will record production data, report any deviations or defects,



and coordinate with supervisors and quality control teams to meet output and quality targets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gautam Buddha Nagar. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in operating slitting or similar converting machines, including setup, adjustment, and routine maintenance.
• Candidates should possess skills in measuring materials accurately, reading production specifications, and monitoring product quality throughout the process.
• Candidates should possess skills in following safety procedures, handling materials safely, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
• Candidates should possess skills in basic troubleshooting of mechanical issues, reporting equipment problems, and collaborating with maintenance teams when needed.
• Candidates should possess skills in time management, meeting production targets, and working effectively within a team workplace.
• Prior experience in tape manufacturing, packaging, or similar industrial production environments is beneficial.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting is required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; vocational training in machine operation or industrial production is an advantage.
