Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for an Instrumentation Engineer based in Moradabad. The Instrumentation Engineer will be responsible for installing, calibrating, and maintaining instrumentation and control systems for process equipment across the plant. Daily tasks include troubleshooting instruments and control loops, coordinating with operations and maintenance teams to resolve issues, and ensuring accurate measurement and monitoring of critical process parameters. The role involves participating in preventive and predictive maintenance programs, supporting automation and control upgrades, and assisting in root cause analysis for equipment and process failures.



The Instrumentation Engineer will also help ensure compliance with safety standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and equipment reliability. Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of industrial instrumentation, sensors, transmitters, control valves, and control loops.
• Experience with PLCs, SCADA/DCS systems, and basic industrial automation and control concepts.
• Skills in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and maintenance of instrumentation and electrical control systems.
• Understanding of process control, plant operations, and safety standards in manufacturing environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs;, loop diagrams, wiring schematics, and technical documentation.
• Proficiency in using testing and calibration tools, and maintaining accurate maintenance records.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on safe work practices.
• Prior experience in paper, pulp, or process industries is an advantage.
