Role Description The Financial Services Consultant will support customers in understanding and selecting life insurance and financial solutions that align with their long-term goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting financial needs analyses, explaining product features and benefits, assisting in policy customization, and guiding customers through application and documentation processes. The consultant will also monitor market and product developments, prepare basic financial illustrations,



and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. This is a part-time, hybrid role based in New Delhi, with work performed both on-site and remotely as business needs require. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to assess customer needs, compare product options, and interpret basic financial data.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Finance and Financial Services, including life insurance concepts, long-term savings, and protection solutions.
• Candidates should possess Consulting skills to provide objective guidance, recommend suitable plans, and build long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain complex information clearly and engage with diverse customers.
• Relevant academic background in finance, commerce, business, or a related field is beneficial.
• Prior experience in life insurance, banking, or financial advisory roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Comfort with using digital tools and CRM systems to manage leads and customer information is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, maintain ethical standards, and manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment.
