Role Description The Learning Consultant – Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves engaging with prospective learners, understanding their career goals and challenges, and recommending appropriate training and education programs that align with their needs. The Learning Consultant will conduct consultations via calls, meetings, and presentations, manage a sales pipeline, follow up with leads, and convert inquiries into enrollments. Responsibilities include collaborating with the counseling and training teams, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.



The role also requires staying informed about Shiksolve’s learning offerings, market trends, and professional development opportunities to provide informed, ethical guidance to clients. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development and Learning Management to understand and position relevant learning solutions for clients.
• Candidates should possess skills in Instructional Design to interpret program structures and communicate the value of learning content effectively.
• Candidates should possess skills in Consulting to assess individual needs, provide tailored recommendations, and build long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including active listening, explicit articulation, and professional written and verbal interaction.
• Proven experience in sales or education counseling, preferably in professional learning or edtech environments.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfort with using CRM tools, online communication platforms, and basic productivity software.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; additional certifications in sales, counseling, or education management are an advantage.
