We are building our marketing and distribution capabilities to expand our user base and scale across markets.

About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing & Distribution Lead to own Locuta's overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, and distribution. You will drive user acquisition, build scalable distribution channels, and develop marketing initiatives across markets. The role includes international growth and US GTM initiatives, working closely with the founder and coordinating with the Head of Growth & GTM responsible for India. This is a long-term core team chance. Candidates must be willing and able to transition into a full-time role after funding.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute Locuta's marketing and brand strategy.
• Build scalable distribution channels and drive user acquisition.
• Explore creator partnerships, influencer marketing, and community-led growth.
• Plan and execute campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, X, and other relevant channels.
• Conduct growth experiments and track acquisition, activation, engagement, and conversion.
• Contribute to international growth and US GTM initiatives.




• Coordinate with the India Head of Growth & GTM on market-specific initiatives.
• Own marketing processes, channel strategy, and future team development. What We're Looking For
• Experience in marketing, growth, distribution, or user acquisition.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and consumer behavior.
• Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and execution skills.
• A mindset focused on distribution and user growth not just impressions and engagement. Preferred: Experience in an early-stage startup, AI, SaaS, EdTech, creator partnerships, community-led growth, or international consumer markets.
