Role Description The Founders Office Intern will support the founding team with strategic, operational, and research-based activities in a full-time capacity. This hybrid role is based in Bhubaneswar, with a mix of in-office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities may include conducting market and technology research, preparing presentations and reports, coordinating meetings, documenting project progress, and assisting in planning and execution of initiatives related to robotics, AI, IoT, and software solutions. The intern will help streamline internal processes, manage information across different projects, and support communication with partners, clients,



and educational stakeholders. The role offers exposure to startup operations, product development workflows, and innovation-driven decision-making. Qualifications
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize technical and market information into clear insights.
• Basic understanding or interest in technology domains such as Robotics, AI, IoT, Embedded Systems, or Software Development.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication, including report writing, documentation, and presentation preparation.
• Organizational and coordination skills to manage tasks, follow up on action items, and support multiple ongoing projects.
• Comfort with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, slide decks, collaboration platforms) and general digital literacy.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to a fast-paced startup environment in a hybrid work setting.
• Pursuing or having completed a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior internship or project experience in startups, technology projects, or student technical clubs/hackathons is an advantage.
