Accounts Receivable Business Analyst (AR BA) The Accounts Receivable Business Analyst (AR BA) supports the design, optimization, and integration of end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) processes across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. This role collaborates closely with business, finance, and technical teams to analyze, enhance, and implement AR solutions, including but not limited to FSCM functionality, credit card payment processing, cash application, collections, dispute management, and third-party system integrations. The AR BA is responsible for translating business requirements into effective solution designs, ensuring seamless system integrations, and driving process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, financial controls, and customer experience. The role also supports solution architecture, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization of AR-related processes and technologies.

Responsibilities:
• Working on SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Accounts Receivable processes.
• Define business requirements and deliver scalable solutions for Accounts Receivable functions, including Credit Management, Cash Application, Collections, Disputes, Deductions, and Payment Processing.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers,



and third-party vendors to drive process optimization and system integrations.
• Work on Credit card and electronic payment processing.
• Work on automation, AI, and digital transformation initiatives across SAP FI, FSCM.
• Design and implement intelligent workflows leveraging AI, Generative AI, ML, RPA, SAP BTP, and enterprise automation platforms.
• Utilize SAP S/4HANA, APIs, workflows, analytics, and emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency, cash flow, customer experience, and financial performance. Technical Skills Required:
• Robust knowledge in FSCM modules including Cash, Credit, Collections, Disputes, BCM, modules in SAP ECC/S4.
• Strong working knowledge in Incoming payments (manual, electronic, lockbox), EBS and Bank reconciliations.
• Processing of credit card payments via orders and payment functionality.
• Experience working with customer portals & portal integrations.
• Extensive interface and third‑party integration experience.
• Handling complex custom enhancements in FI space.
• Knowledge of High Radius or other AR automation platforms, including API-based integrations with SAP, is preferred. •
