• YouTube Performance: At least 2–3 videos with 1 million+ views each in their previous organization.

• SSC Qualification: Must have qualified an SSC examination.
• Student Results: A proven track record of producing at least 4–5 students who have secured a rank within AIR 100. Faculty Expectations
