Position Description Role Description: Assures release quality before go live. One generic profile covers all six towers — ITOM is the only squad where a specific literacy add on is genuinely helpful, not a full named specialism. Ensure the quality and reliability of ServiceNow solutions by performing functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing, validating configurations and customizations against business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Design test plans and test cases against acceptance criteria
• Author and maintain ServiceNow ATF automation
• Coordinate regression testing and UAT
• Triage and manage defects through to resolution
• Maintain test evidence for audit and acceptance sign off
• Feed quality risks and patterns back into squad retrospectives
• Design and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans for ServiceNow applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Validate ServiceNow configurations, workflows, integrations, and enhancements.
• Log, track, and retest defects in collaboration with development teams.
• Support test automation using ServiceNow ATF.
• Prepare test results, defect reports, and quality metrics. Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of software testing experience with 2+ years in ServiceNow testing.
• Experience testing ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or GRC.
• Hands on experience with ServiceNow ATF, defect management, and test methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.




• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
