• Translate customer conversations into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities that engineering teams can build from.
• Own requests from initial discussion through development, UAT, release, and customer acceptance.
• Proactively communicate status, risks, dependencies, and next steps without requiring the customer to chase the delivery team. Product & Solution Management

• Experience translating customer needs into requirements for software engineering teams and managing those requirements through delivery.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to independently lead meetings with senior U.

• Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer requests, priorities, and support issues simultaneously.
• Comfortable making recommendations, challenging assumptions, and serving as a trusted customer advisor.
• Ability to work Arizona business hours from India. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Medicaid, behavioral health, state healthcare agencies, provider networks/directories, or government healthcare programs.
• Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Solution Manager for customer-facing software.
• General technical understanding of web applications, APIs, databases, integrations, and modern software delivery.
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Exposure to data analytics, Generative AI, conversational AI, or other AI-enabled applications. Working Expectations This is a highly customer-facing position.
