Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Freelance Trainer/Mentor specializing in Project Management and Agentic AI. The trainer/mentor will design and deliver online sessions, workshops, and mentoring activities that help learners build applied skills in project planning, execution, and AI-enabled workflows. Day-to-day tasks include preparing learning materials, conducting live or recorded training sessions, guiding learners through practical assignments, and providing constructive feedback on their progress. The role also involves collaborating with the Digitalyuga team to refine curricula, suggest improvements based on learner outcomes, and stay current with trends in project management methodologies and agentic AI tools.



The position offers flexible scheduling while requiring reliable availability for planned sessions and learner support. Qualifications
• Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and practical experience leading or managing projects.
• Strong understanding of agentic AI concepts, AI tools, and how AI can be integrated into project workflows or decision-making.
• Experience in training, teaching, coaching, or mentoring adults in a remote or online learning environment.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics clearly and adapt to diverse learner needs and backgrounds.
• Ability to design structured learning content, create practical exercises, and assess learner performance in a fair and supportive manner.
• Comfort with digital collaboration and learning platforms (e.g., video conferencing tools, LMS systems, online whiteboards).
• Strong organizational skills, reliability in meeting session schedules, and capacity to manage multiple learners or cohorts concurrently.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Management, Computer Science, or Education) or equivalent skilled experience.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum, AI or data-related certifications) are highly beneficial.
