Role Description The Video Editor & Graphic Designer is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. This role involves editing and producing video content for digital campaigns, including social media ads, brand videos, and promotional materials. Day-to-day tasks include organizing raw footage, performing video cuts, adding transitions, color grading, and integrating motion graphics and visual effects that align with brand guidelines. The role also includes designing graphics for social media posts, ads, thumbnails, and other marketing assets, ensuring consistency in style and messaging. The Video Editor & Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate concepts into engaging visual content,



optimize assets for different platforms, and meet project deadlines. Qualifications
• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience creating content for digital and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading and Motion Graphics to enhance visual quality and storytelling impact.
• Ability to design high-quality Graphics for ads, social posts, thumbnails, and other marketing materials.
• Experience with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software).
• Solid understanding of aspect ratios, formats, and best practices for content on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and reels/shorts.
• Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and ability to follow and evolve brand guidelines.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with marketing, content, and strategy teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work on-site in the Greater Kolkata Area, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant coursework or a degree/diploma in Design, Film, Media, or a related field is preferred; a strong portfolio demonstrating video and design work is essential.
