Role Description This full-time remote role focuses on teaching phonics and public speaking to working professionals and younger kids across the Indian region. The professional will design and deliver structured online lessons, create age-appropriate and learner-oriented content, and use interactive methods to build clear pronunciation, fluency, and confident speaking skills. Daily responsibilities include planning sessions, conducting live classes, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback to help participants achieve their communication goals. The role also involves collaborating with the academic team to refine curricula, incorporating digital tools to enhance engagement,



and maintaining detailed records of learner performance and attendance. The expert is expected to uphold a supportive, inclusive learning environment and adapt teaching strategies to diverse learner needs and backgrounds. Qualifications
• Strong expertise in phonics instruction and spoken English, with the ability to teach both children and adults effectively.
• Demonstrated experience in public speaking coaching, including voice modulation, body language, presentation skills, and confidence-building.
• Competence in online teaching tools and learning management systems, with the ability to conduct interactive virtual classes.
• Excellent communication, classroom management, and learner engagement skills, with a learner-centric and inclusive teaching approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Communication, or a related field; specialized certifications in phonics, ESL, or public speaking are an advantage.
• Prior teaching or training experience in the Indian context, with cultural sensitivity and the ability to adapt to diverse linguistic backgrounds.
• Strong planning and organizational skills, including lesson planning, assessment design, and progress tracking.
