Role: Senior Qualified – Customer Service
Experience: 5+ years | Qualification: MBA
Overseas customer handling, order management, QAD, delivery scheduling and shipment tracking.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Experience in handling overseas customers (should have capability to understand customer pulse).

· Knowledge in manufacturing and planning process (or operations).

· Interact with customers via email and Phone, receive orders and prepare delivery schedule (work with planning team), Update QAD system, collect customer feedbacks, act on all requests from customers, escalate and expedite based on customer needs, share shipment details with customers (on time), on time feedbacks to site and BU management.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
