Job Summary: We are looking for a well-groomed, energetic, and customer-oriented Steward to join our hospitality team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities: Welcome and greet guests warmly.
Present menus and explain food and beverage options.
Take accurate food and beverage orders.
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
Ensure tables are properly set up before guest arrivals.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and service areas.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely order execution.
Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
Follow restaurant service standards and SOPs.
Assist with table clearing and resetting.
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.




Requirements & QualificationsMinimum 0–2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn can also apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused attitude and professional grooming.
Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is preferred.
Flexibility to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
