Role Description

This is a full-time, in office Store Incharge role based in Mahape, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. The Store Incharge will be responsible for managing overall store operations for centrifugal pump manufacturing activities, including material receiving, inspection coordination, storage, inventory control, material issuance and dispatch.

The role involves maintaining accurate stock records, monitoring inventory levels, ensuring timely availability of materials for production, and coordinating with Purchase, Production, Quality and Accounts departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations.

• Handle inward and outward materials.

• Prepare GRN, material receipt notes and material issue slips.

• Maintain stock registers and inventory records.

• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels.

• Handle pump components, castings, bearings, shafts, fasteners,



raw materials and finished goods.

• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality and Accounts departments.

• Conduct physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation.

• Follow FIFO and proper material storage practices.

• Maintain store documentation and support internal and external audits.

• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety and material identification.

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical or relevant field.

• 3–7 years of experience in Store Management.

• Experience in centrifugal pump manufacturing, mechanical engineering, heavy engineering or industrial manufacturing preferred.

• Knowledge of GRN, FIFO, Inventory Control and Stock Audit.

• Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP

• Good communication, coordination and team management skills.

Salary & Advantages

Annual CTC: ₹3,50,000 – ₹4,20,000 (3.5–4.2 LPA), depending on experience and skills.
