Hair Coloring & Chemical Treatments:
Perform coloring, highlights, or balayage based on client requests and color trends.
Apply permanent, semi-permanent, or temporary dyes.
Provide chemical treatments, such as perms, relaxers, and straightening.
Client Consultation & Recommendations:
Consult with clients to determine their hair goals, offering skilled advice and suggesting styles or treatments.
Make recommendations for hair care products that fit the client’s hair type and needs.
Maintain Cleanliness & Organization:
Ensure the cleanliness of workstations, tools, and salon equipment.
Maintain a sterile workplace, ensuring all tools are properly sanitized.
Customer Service:
Offer an excellent customer service experience by making clients feel comfortable and understood.
Handle any client concerns or complaints with professionalism and respect.
