Well reputed E-Commerce company requires Recruitment Specialist
Job role
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT Executive, Staff, and Blue-Collar positions.
Screen candidates, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Plan and participate in campus recruitment drives, job fairs, walk-in drives, and recruitment events.
Coordinate offer roll-out, document verification, background checks, and joining formalities.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and address basic employee queries.
Requirements
Any graduate with 2 - 5 years experience in Non IT hiring / Blue collar hiring
Should be willing to travel to branches in other cities for approx 2 days in a month
Available to join immediately
Salary: 20k - 26k p.m. (depending upon experience)
