· Assist the Store Manager in managing daily outlet operations.

· Supervise staff and ensure duties are completed efficiently.

· Ensure customers receive friendly, quick, and skilled service.

· Support the preparation and serving of bubble tea, ice cream, sandwiches, waffles, snacks, and other menu items.

· Check product quality, portion sizes, presentation, and consistency.

· Assist with staff allocation and shift management.

· Handle customer enquiries and resolve routine complaints professionally.

· Support billing, cash handling, and daily sales procedures.

· Monitor stock availability and inform the Manager about replenishment requirements.

· Check expiry dates, storage conditions, and product freshness.

· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the outlet.





· Assist in training new team members and ensuring SOPs are followed.

· Support opening and closing procedures.

· Monitor wastage and help maintain cost-control practices.

· Take responsibility for the outlet in the Store Manager's absence.

· Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
