Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
Oversee network administration tasks, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Implement and manage virtualization technologies, specifically VMware.
Configure and maintain firewalls to protect the organization's data and systems.
Collaborate with cloud service providers, including Azure and AWS, to optimize cloud infrastructure.
Provide L1/L2 support for IT issues, troubleshooting and resolving problems efficiently.




Document processes and maintain up-to-date records of IT infrastructure.
Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and services. Required

Skills:
Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure and network administration.
Proficiency in VMware and virtualization technologies.
Experience with firewall configuration and management.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Azure and AWS.
Ability to provide L1/L2 support and troubleshoot IT issues effectively.
