Role Description The Team Lead role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Team Lead will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate workloads, and ensure that team goals and service levels are met. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring team members, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing regular feedback. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, resolving escalations, and maintaining process compliance and quality standards.



The Team Lead will also identify opportunities for process improvement, support change initiatives, and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership skills, including team supervision, coaching, and performance management.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Experience in operations, logistics, or related domains; prior experience in a team lead or supervisory role is preferred.
Solid organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and drive continuous improvement.
Comfort with using digital tools and systems; ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work in office in Mumbai and collaborate in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
