Role Description The Site Engineer (Civil) will manage day-to-day construction activities on-site, including supervising work execution, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring adherence to drawings and specifications. Responsibilities include monitoring quality control, checking materials and workmanship, and reporting progress to project managers or senior engineers. The role involves resolving on-site technical issues, conducting site inspections, and maintaining accurate records of work, measurements, and documentation. This is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai,



requiring regular presence at project locations and close collaboration with project teams.

Qualifications
In office supervision and Civil Engineer skills, with experience in managing construction activities at project locations.
Structural Engineering knowledge to interpret drawings, understand load-bearing elements, and support safe structural execution.
Quality Control skills to monitor materials, workmanship, and compliance with standards and project specifications.
Solid Communication skills to coordinate with contractors, consultants, clients, and internal teams.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and familiarity with relevant codes and standards.
Basic knowledge of site safety practices and regulatory compliance.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple site tasks.
Experience with site documentation, reporting, and use of standard office and engineering software is beneficial.
