About the Role : We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing recent business for express and courier services, managing client relationships to ensure repeat business, achieving sales targets, analyzing market trends, preparing quotations, and coordinating with operational teams for timely delivery.

Key ResponsibilitiesJD - Recent Business Development
Business Development: Prospect and approach potential clients for domestic
services.
Sales Management: Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through
proactive selling and account management.
Client Relationship: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers,
ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
to develop strategic sales plans.
Pricing & Quotation: Prepare quotations, negotiate rates,



and provide customized
logistics solutions to clients.
Coordination: Work closely with operations, documentation, and customer service
teams to ensure smooth express movement and excellent service delivery.
Team handling: Lead, manage, and mentor a team to ensure high performance,
engagement, and achievement of business goals.

Qualifications & Requirements
A structured sales process for winning complex enterprise deals.
Excellent communication skills, an attitude to get things done,e and willingness to work in a high-growth start-up setting.
6+ years of experience in field sales (corporate, retail, franchise, international sales).
A fair understanding of logistics operations will be an added advantage.
Local-based candidates with the relevant market knowledge will be preferred.
Ability to identify clients and clearly communicate the product offering to match their needs.
Proficiency in data analysis and ROI Management
