Supervise daily shift activities to meet scheduled production quotas and delivery timelines.
Manage manpower allocation, shift rotas, and operator deployment across the moulding floor.
Machine & Mould Operations:
Oversee the setup, parameter adjustment (temperature, injection pressure, clamping force, cycle times), and trial runs of moulding machines.
Coordinate quick mould changes and coordinate with the tool room or maintenance team for mould damage, wear, or breakdowns.
Quality Control & Defect Reduction:
Conduct first-off inspections and monitor finished plastic parts for flash, sink marks, short shots, warpage, or dimensional inaccuracies.
Analyze root causes of rejections, scrap, and material wastage to implement corrective actions.
Maintenance & Auxiliary Support:




Monitor performance of auxiliary equipment like dryers, chillers, hopper loaders, and temperature controllers.
Log and track machine downtime and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules.
Safety, Housekeeping & Compliance:
Enforce plant safety rules, personal protective equipment (PPE) usage, and 5S / 6S workplace organization standards. Pay: ₹10,500.00
