Job Description Production Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
Ensure production is carried out as per the daily production plan and assigned work list.
Supervise workers, allocate tasks, and schedule shifts based on production requirements.
Possess positive measurement skills, including accurate inch and mm measurement
Maintain daily fabric stock and inventory records, including fabric consumed and newly received materials.
Monitor stock levels, report low-stock items, and coordinate production schedules accordingly.
Supervise production activities and verify product dimensions and specifications.
Conduct quality inspections and prepare inspection reports.
Ensure timely completion of production targets while maintaining product quality and shop-floor discipline.
