Role & responsibilities
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Prepare MIS reports and financial dashboards.
Support project costing and profitability analysis.
Assist in variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget).
Support cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing.
Support general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable activities.
Assist in financial reporting and statutory compliance.
Work with SAP/Oracle ERP and MS Excel for financial reporting.

Preferred candidate profile
Newly qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
Solid knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.
Good command of MS Excel.
Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, SAP, or Oracle will be an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.

CA Fresher with a robust understanding of finance and accounting.
Interest in FP&A;, project finance, budgeting, and cost control.
Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic business setting.
