Key Responsibilities
Understand business processes and gather client requirements.
Analyse existing workflows and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), process flow diagrams, and functional documentation.
Coordinate with technical and development teams to communicate business requirements.
Assist in software testing, UAT, and implementation activities.
Prepare reports, maintain project documentation, and track project progress.
Participate in client meetings and provide implementation support.

Required Skills
Positive analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Interest in business processes, ERP, and software solutions.
Ability to learn quickly and work in a team.
Basic understanding of accounting or business management will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
