Role Description The Assistant Architect will support senior architects in developing architectural concepts, drawings, and detailed design documentation for ongoing projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing 2D and 3D plans, assisting with design revisions, coordinating with consultants, vendors, and contractors, and helping to ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

The role involves participating in site visits, capturing measurements, documenting progress,



and contributing to client presentations and material selections. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kalyan Dombivli, requiring close collaboration with the office team and timely support on project deliverables.

Qualifications
Robust foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into accurate drawings and plans.
Understanding of Integration of design elements, building systems, and materials to create cohesive and practical solutions.
exposure to Software Development or design-related software workflows, including proficiency in CAD/BIM tools (e.g., CAD, SketchUp).
Ability to assist in Project Management activities such as scheduling tasks, tracking progress, and coordinating with stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture or a closely related field.
Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and approval processes is an advantage.
Robust visual, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with willingness to learn and take initiative in office.
