You will be responsible to assist with the effective running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Purchase Executive is responsible to assist the Materials Manager in the planning and procurement of material, including vendor development and administration of contracted services in accordance with the hotel policy and procedures.
Qualifications
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Finance or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Purchase Executive in Materials or Purchasing, or as Purchase Associate in larger operation. Valuable problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
