Role Description The Hospital Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations in a veterinary hospital setting. The individual in this role will manage clinical and administrative workflows, coordinate staff schedules, ensure smooth patient and client journeys, and maintain high standards of service quality. They will monitor budgets and resource utilization,



support implementation of practice protocols, and keep operational processes aligned with organizational goals. The Hospital Manager will collaborate closely with veterinarians, support staff, and external partners, handle escalated client concerns, and drive continuous improvement in hospital efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Solid Practice Management and Hospital Management skills to oversee daily operations and support clinical workflows.
Proficient in Budgeting and resource planning to manage hospital finances and optimize cost efficiency.
Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure positive client experiences and effective team coordination.
Experience in veterinary, healthcare, or medical practice management is highly beneficial.
Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, with solid organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
Comfort with using practice management software and basic digital tools for reporting and scheduling.
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, veterinary science, or a related field preferred.
