Job Summary
Quess Corp Limited is looking for a detail-oriented GST Executive to support GST compliance, accounting controls, reconciliation, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of GST and working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with vendors and customers regarding GST-related queries and discrepancies.
Support internal controls and accounting processes related to GST compliance.
Assist in GST calculations, payment preparation, and related documentation.
Prepare relevant data and supporting documents for GST appeals.
Reconcile GST records between books of accounts and the GST portal.
Identify and report discrepancies in GST records and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
Maintain accurate GST-related records, reports, and documentation.
Assist the finance and accounts team with other GST-related activities as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
B.Com or MBA in Finance.
Basic understanding of GST concepts, rules, and compliance requirements.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word is mandatory.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic accounting and reconciliation skills.
Ability to maintain documentation and meet deadlines.
