Drive wedding sales and work toward revenue targets.
Build relationships with couples, families, wedding planners and referral partners.
Understand clients needs and create tailored wedding proposals.
Lead client meetings, resort visits, negotiations and bookings.
Coordinate with internal teams to support a smooth planning , operations and event experience. Qualifications and skills
Sales experience in destination weddings, events,



hospitality or a related industry is required, with at least one year in a managerial capacity.
Fluency in Hindi and English is required. Gujarati, Marwari or Sindhi is a bonus.
A strong analytical and strategic mindset, with a passion for numbers and growth.
Excellent negotiation, communication and customer-service skills. Age preference Candidates below 40 years are preferred, as this is a high-energy, event-facing role. Advantages
